Teen Murdered By Jealous Love Rival
Summary
Brittany Navarra was still in love with her ex-boyfriend, who moved on and got engaged to a former love of his, Krista Pike, who was 18. Britanny, 16 at the time, was jealous of Krista and wanted her ex-boyfriend back. So she came to the conclusion to kill Krista. Brittany didn't kill Krista herself, but instead had her friend, Dustin Gran, who was apparently easy to convince, do it. On January 14, 2008, Krista was waiting for her fiancée, Thomas to come home. But instead, Dustin walked in and attacked Krista from behind, hitting her head with a dumbel then slashing her. He took a picture and sent it to Brittany, proving that he killed her before taking off. It didn't take long for the police to find that the murder was linked to Brittany and Dustin. They were both charged with murder.
